Disassembly Tool for Vortex System

The NOVACOM Vortex System Disassembly Tool has been designed to facilitate the replacement of the Vortex generator — notably the four models supplied with the CS10 and CS15 cold air guns — while preserving the integrity of the components.

Although the NOVACOM Vortex System has no mechanical parts and normally requires no maintenance, some interventions may be useful when non-compliant usage conditions degrade its performance.

A replacement of the insulating foam — which helps reduce noise levels — may be considered if the compressed air used is laden with oil particles or residues, or if the air is not sufficiently filtered, leading to partial circuit blockage and loss of efficiency.

The tool attaches to the standard G1/4" fitting and allows for clean unscrewing of the Vortex system body, even when components are assembled with threadlocker or seized by use. It ensures safe disassembly, without risk of damage, and allows for quick restoration while maintaining original performance.

Compatible with CLIM and CS guns (excluding CS5 model).
