The multitude of nozzles, air curtains, blow guns, and blow-off bars offered by NOVACOM allows for the separation of sheets during unstacking as well as various cleaning applications.
Handling of smooth and airtight products
For handling melamine, flat suction cups (series 5, 90, and PFG) are perfectly suitable as it is a type of flat and airtight product. Other suction cups, such as those with foam strips, can allow for the gripping of raw wood panels with veins.
Anti-clogging venturis and pneumatic transport
The wood industry is a very dusty environment. To ensure the proper functioning of the vacuum circuit, NOVACOM recommends opting for an anti-clogging venturi (VCR series).
Regarding the recovery and evacuation of chips, pneumatic transports (TP series) and the suction wand (CANDAS series) are ideal solutions. Air amplifiers (AA series) are also used for the suction of webs.
