ANTI-CLOGGING VENTURIS FOR REDUCED MAINTENANCE!
Highly recommended in polluted environments (dust, powder, etc.), this single-stage anti-clogging venturi (VCR-2) has a so-called "in-line" design, meaning that impurities generated by the atmosphere will not obstruct the nozzle. This allows for maintaining optimal performance.
The VCR-2 are adjustable to achieve the flow and optimal vacuum percentage according to your needs.
Available in aluminum and stainless steel, it will withstand extreme environments. A solenoid valve (capable of up to 50 million cycles) can be integrated (VCR-2 EV) to control performance.
ANTI-CLOGGING VENTURIS WITH BLOWBACK
We have added a second solenoid valve to the anti-clogging venturi (VCR EV CS), allowing adaptation to the high production rates by breaking the vacuum more quickly.
The blowback also allows for expelling particles that would not be evacuated by the exhaust.

We offer a whole range of classic single-stage venturis. They are designed to be compact and lightweight to facilitate their integration into your systems.
For direct integration onto a suction cup, we recommend the VM, VMT, VML, and VMK series, which will allow for creating a vacuum independently on each suction cup.
The VT series, made of aluminum, is compact and will allow for optimal integration in restricted spaces.
They can be equipped with a vacuum switch (VT VA) to precisely control the desired vacuum.

3 STAGES
IN ALUMINUM
The GRIP series uses the 3-stage multi-stage cartridge technology, which allows for better performance compared to an equivalent single-stage venturi.
Made entirely of aluminum, it is more robust, offers better durability over time, and adapts to all sectors of activity (pharmaceutical, food processing, bottling, metallurgy, etc.).
It is possible to integrate a vacuum control solenoid valve (up to 50 million cycles) to control consumption and thus use compressed air only when necessary, making the "GRIP 30 EV" more economical.
To increase production rates, we recommend the model equipped with two solenoid valves "GRIP 30 EV" to achieve a blow-off very useful for releasing parts more quickly.

We offer a complete range of pneumatic vacuum pumps "PVP" that uses the 3-stage multi-stage cartridge technology, allowing for the best possible performance, including a reduction in air consumption used.
Our models are made entirely of aluminum and are equipped with 2 to 12 cartridges, allowing for up to 4,032 Nl/min of air suction and 93% vacuum!
This manufacturing allows our products to adapt to all sectors of activity (pharmaceutical, food processing, bottling, metallurgy, etc.).
Our PVP will easily integrate into your installations and are fully dismountable for easy maintenance.
TP SERIES
TRANSPORT YOUR MATERIALS
Our venturis for pneumatic transport "TP" allow the suction and transfer of various materials (powders, granules, steel balls, wood chips, etc.) but also the smoke extraction of rooms. The TP are made of aluminum or stainless steel and are available in sizes from Ø 19 mm to Ø 152 mm, which will facilitate installation on your pipelines.
The maximum transport length is related to the density of the product and the geometry of the installation (elbow, etc.). For long-distance transport, it is advisable to install the TP venturis in series.

SUCTION WANDS
The suction wands are conveying systems powered by compressed air, allowing the transport of materials such as granules. They are suitable for both long and short distances.
The suction wand is made of 316L stainless steel and can be used in the food and pharmaceutical sectors (all our welds are food certified).
Thanks to a pressure regulator, it is possible to adjust the flow of transported products, up to 5 kg per minute.
PNEUMATIC GUNS
The NOVACOM pneumatic guns operate with compressed air and allow suction or blowing without electrical power or moving parts.
Ideal for suction of all types of debris, with recovery in a cloth bag. It is also possible to transport materials via a hose to a container or receptacle.
By simply reversing its valve, the pneumatic gun switches to blower mode and thus delivers a high air flow with low pressure and low consumption.
DRUM PUMPS
The POMPE 90 F pneumatic suction system uses the Venturi principle to suction or empty liquids by depression.
The pump, connected to a metal drum, operates with a compressed air supply. Simply open the intake valve to create a depression and suction the liquid. A pressure reversal then allows to empty the drum.
This system is secured by a valve, limiting the pressure to 2.5 bar for a supply of 2 bar.
